Galup, a historic Piedmontese confectionery company specializing in the production of panettone and pandoro, known for its iconic low panettone with hazelnut icing, has been entering the online market for a few years now by opening its own e-commerce. The company, in correspondence with Christmas, a key seasonality for the industry, approached Creostudios to define a strategy to increase the sales volume of its online store


To achieve the required objective, we intervened simultaneously with an overhaul of the e-commerce in terms of SEO, interface and user experience and with an ADS and Social campaign strategy for awareness and engagement. 


On the website, helped by the use of the new Shopify 2.0 features, we improved the browsing experience, enriching it with the inclusion of a new visual filter: the possibility of reaching the desired product through the selection of ingredients. This made it possible to create an extremely relevant and pertinent conversion route to the search intent.
