On November 18, 2024, Accademia delle Scienze, Torino inaugurated its 242nd Academic Year with a day filled with speeches and new developments. Leading the event was the new President, Marco Mezzalama, who opened the proceedings by presenting the achievements of the past year and outlining the vision for the future.

To mark the occasion, the Accademia entrusted us with the creation of a celebratory video designed to accompany the President’s address. The goal of the video was to convey the solemn and unique atmosphere of the Accademia, showcasing its key initiatives over the past year in a concise yet dynamic way. A narrative that highlights the Accademia’s role as a cultural and scientific landmark, made possible through the collaborative work and shared ideas of its members.

We also produced a second 3D animated video, a 30-second short that, with a concise and inspirational style, illustrates the Accademia’s origins and its enduring mission: to contribute to the spread of knowledge and progress while fostering ongoing dialogue among the great minds who form its community.

Two distinct yet complementary productions, conceived to celebrate the history, present, and future of this prestigious institution.
