A major international event dedicated to the " Chiocciola Metodo Cherasco" (Cherasco Method Snail), Helix Festival is an event about snails and the Helix economy, organized by the International Institute of Heliculture Cherasco and ANE, National Heliculturists Association. Two days, October 16 and 17, 2021, will feature talks, musical and culinary performances with a snail theme, and the possibility of visiting farms and production hubs.

In Cherasco, everything is focused on Chiocciola, with a whirlwind of events dedicated to snails. For two days, participants will see only snails, as if they had glasses that can show them an ideal world in which everything is based on the helical economy: from business to food to health and wellness. It is an invitation to enter the swirling spiral of Helix events, the spiral of the snail!
